Role Description

The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sparks, NV, responsible for managing daily transportation schedules and driver assignments. This role coordinates load planning, dispatches drivers, and monitors shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery and efficient route utilization. The Dispatch Coordinator communicates with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to provide status updates, resolve issues, and support service commitments. Daily tasks include entering and updating dispatch and load data, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records in transportation and warehouse systems.
