Werner Enterprises in the United States seeks a Dispatch Manager to coach and motivate Dispatch - Call Center representatives, hire staff, and assist in training. You will monitor progress, answer questions, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure high customer service standards.

The role focuses on developing team skills, solving problems, and maintaining strong communication across shifts; weekend/holiday coverage and flexibility are often required in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and 1-2 years relevant logistics/dispatch experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees, contractors and the public.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong reporting abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to coach and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and prepare dispatch representatives to handle customer questions.
• Coach, monitor, and evaluate agent performance and provide coaching opportunities.
• Ensure agents meet objectives, performance standards and policies.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support Dispatch goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors to support agents and customer satisfaction.
