Job summary

Ludico, a new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, seeks a Dishwasher/Porter to clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and service ware, maintain back-of-house cleanliness, and support the culinary team. The role requires reliability, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will handle dishwashing operations, store cleaned items properly, and assist with deep cleaning tasks while adhering to health and safety standards and working

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant dishwashing, stewarding, janitorial or porter roles preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware and utensils.
• Maintain clean dish stations and ensure a continuous flow of clean equipment during service.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, shelving, racks and storage areas.
• Support chefs and culinary team with operational needs throughout the shift.
• Follow health regulations and sanitation standards daily.
