Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all dishroom, kitchen, and dock areas
• Breaking down trays, operating dish machines, washing and storing dishware
• Emptying trash and cleaning dock areas and dumpsters
• Cleaning dish machines, tables, tile walls, and baseboards
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-motivated with a professional appearance
• Good communication skills with guests and team members
• Team player willing to assist others
• Dexterity to operate food machinery
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly
