Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine and report issues.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure they are free of debris.
• Stock food areas with necessary inventory.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpsters at scheduled times.
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Report shortages and requisition replacements of equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Adhere to the Company Service Standards.
• Be available for scheduled work, including holidays and weekends.
