Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking a dedicated dishwasher/kitchen helper to keep our plates, glassware, and utensils sparkling and sanitized throughout the shift. You’ll follow safety policies, assist with prep and opening/closing duties, and support the kitchen team to maintain a clean, efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Comply with food safety policies and procedures.
• Work in damp, high-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils.
• Keep kitchen areas clean throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and prep tasks.
• Maintain dish machine operation at various times of service.
• Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth service.
