Qualifications

• Stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs several times per shift.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Wash and sanitize plates, glassware, pots, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize throughout shift; maintain kitchen area cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and prep work.
• Operate dish machine during opening, hours, and closing.
