You will work in our scratch-based kitchen, washing dishes and keeping stations clean while learning multiple kitchen roles and contributing to a fast-paced team. The role offers tip potential and growth opportunities within a values-driven environment.

You will gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, and prep stations. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is a plus.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep areas.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen.
• Work to support the team during peak and off peak service.
• Move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
• Follow food safety standards and DIG policies.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
