Job summary

HR ADVANTAGE LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook for our Palm Desert, CA kitchen. You will wash dishes, support basic food preparation, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends; teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. No heavy experience required, but a willingness to learn and contribute is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is not required but helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and storage areas.
• Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift and at closing.
• Clean kitchen equipment, shelving, walls, and food preparation areas as assigned.
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
