Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support both the sanitation and food preparation needs of our kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and interested in gaining hands‑on culinary experience.

Responsibilities

Dishwasher Duties:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station
• Empty trash and assist with recycling
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Follow all health and sanitation standards

Prep Cook Duties:

• Assist with food preparation (chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing sauces, etc.)
• Label, date, and properly store ingredients
• Follow recipes and prep lists accurately
• Maintain clean and organized prep stations
• Support line cooks during service as needed
• Monitor food inventory and notify management of shortages

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (not required)
• Basic knife skills and understanding of food prep techniques (preferred)
