Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to keep the kitchen spotless and supplies stocked, forming the foundation for smooth service. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and order throughout all shifts.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant, can stand for long periods, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Able to stay active in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools during the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Maintain a clean work environment by removing garbage to dumpsters or designated areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
• Help with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed.
