Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and complete all checklists.
• Wash, restock, and organize dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
