Responsibilities

• Set up a clean, organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Clean dishes, restock utensils and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock and floors clean and safe.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure supplies move smoothly.
