Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Dishwasher to support a clean, efficient kitchen and welcoming dining environment. You will keep dishes, utensils, and cookware organized, and contribute to a smooth service behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, restocking items, and collaborating with the kitchen team. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required; weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Able to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift.
• Follow daily routines and cleaning checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of needs.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
• Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition.
