Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Dishwasher to support a high-energy kitchen and guest experience. You will keep dishes clean, restock supplies, and help maintain a safe, organized back-of-house. This role offers teamwork, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth in a wine-and-restaurant setting.

Applicants should be at least 18, capable of standing for long periods, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, and English communication is required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
