Cooper’s Hawk is hiring a Dishwasher to uphold sanitation and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll clean and restock dishware, maintain the dishwasher, and support a safe, organized kitchen environment. Flexible shifts and weekend availability preferred.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a team-based mindset, and a passion for guest service. This role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods with clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values and be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant experience preferred, high-volume/full-service ideal.
• Able to read, write and understand English clearly.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock all plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, silverware, pots and pans.
• Clean and maintain the dishwasher; sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Keep back dock clean and safe; manage trash and boxes for disposal.
• Assist receiving products and follow kitchen systems and SOPs.
• Maintain organized, sanitary, and stocked work areas; communicate clearly with team.
