Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen spotless and ensure supply readiness for smooth service. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by supporting a clean and organized kitchen environment.

You will set up the dish area, follow cleaning checklists,and assist with light prep or deliveries as needed. Candidates should be 18+ with a team-first attitude and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift
• Follow daily cleaning checklists and maintain hygiene standards
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
• Work closely with the kitchen team to move supplies and keep stations ready
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of needs
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed
