Job summary

Holywater in Tribeca is seeking a Dishwasher / Porter to join our award-winning back-of-house team. You will help keep all dishes, glassware, and kitchen spaces clean and sanitary while supporting service.

Shifts include day, night, weekends and weekdays. We offer competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$19.00/hr), commuter benefits, paid safe and sick leave, and employee discounts. Training is provided; must be able to lift 50+ lbs and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Able to perform essential duties in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Maintain clean, organized personal appearance per policy.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all glassware and china.
• Comply with sanitation standards and health requirements.
• Follow safety plans and training materials.
• Dispose of trash and waste from kitchen and service areas.
• Keep work areas neat and DOH compliant.
• Set up/breakdown station; prep for each service.
• Clean and stock bathrooms.
