Responsibilities

• Rinse, clean, organize, stock and maintain pots, pans, silverware, dishware and glassware.
• Adhere to health and safety policy and company standards.
• Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Operate industrial cleaning machine.
• Dispose rubbish, mop area, organize dirty / clean dishware.
• Limit breakage and look after inventory for daily operation.
• Be flexible on duties and collaborate with other stations.
