Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean and organized at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily cleaning checklists and routine tasks.
• Wash, restock, and bring dishware, glasses, and kitchen tools to proper areas.
• Maintain a clean back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure supplies move smoothly.
