Cooper's Hawk Winery seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to keep the kitchen spotless and support smooth service. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain clean dishes, restock supplies, and help ensure a welcoming dining experience for guests.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage & boxes to the dumpster or designated area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
