O’Charley’s is seeking a Dish Operator to join our kitchen team in Olive Branch, MS. You will set up and operate the dish machine, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain a clean, efficient dishroom in collaboration with line cooks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine and related components; ensure proper operation and report defects.
• Wash, presoak, rack and wash dishes and glasses following procedures; verify water temperature.
• Check trash for items, remove trash, and maintain clean dishroom and storage areas.
• Keep dishroom and detergent storage neat; maintain dry floors and good hygiene.
• Collaborate with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen and efficient service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
