Qualifications

• Know and follow dish machine operating procedures.
• Understand preventive maintenance measures and standards.
• Know proper chemical usage and cleaning procedures; interact with guests appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine; cleans and polishes; reports defects.
• Washes and stores dishes and small wares; presoaks, racks and washes silverware.
• Checks trash with a Manager; removes trash; keeps cans clean.
• Cleans dishroom and detergent storage area; keeps floors dry.
• Works as a team with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
