White Lodging is hiring a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help keep back-of-house operations clean, safe, and efficient across our premium hotels and restaurants. No experience is required, and we provide training with a clear path to growth in culinary or hospitality roles.

You’ll work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, collaborate with the culinary team, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and development opportunities from day one.

Aufgaben

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
