White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate in Charlotte, NC to help maintain smooth back-of-house operations and a safe, efficient kitchen environment. You’ll assist the culinary team, clean efficiently, and contribute to great dining experiences.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work with kitchen staff in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe environment.
• Scrape food from dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning; load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards.
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, pots, pitchers and platters with proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and support the culinary team with kitchen tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
