Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house. You will assist the culinary team, support operations across busy hotel kitchens, and enjoy a path to growth in a leading hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, and debris for a safe back-of-house environment.
• Scrape and wash dishes by hand or in the dishwasher; load and unload for sanitation.
• Sort silverware and proper loading of the dishwasher to meet sanitation standards.
• Store clean china, glassware, silverware, and display pieces using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from trucks and support culinary tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You'l Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
