Responsibilities

• Ware washing and dish station setup.
• Maintain and operate the dish and pot washing area.
• Operate dishwashing machines according to Food Safety Standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Set up and maintain the pot/pan sink according to Food Safety Standards.
• Clean large and small production equipment (stoves, fryers, slicers, tables, prep sinks, hoods).
