Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Ridge is hiring a Dishwasher to join their culinary team. This on-site role supports the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and utensils, maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of supplies.

Shifts run Mon-Fri with every other weekend required. The Dishwasher reports to the Food and Beverage Director and helps uphold Food Safety Standards in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ware Washing and maintaining dish area.
• Operate dish machine and ensure proper sanitization of dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware.
• Set up and maintain pot and pan sink according to Food Safety Standards.
• Wash large and small production equipment as directed (stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, tables, prep sinks, hoods).
