Job summary

BLUESTAR RESORT & GOLF’s Shenandoah Club is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. You will report to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and support kitchen and banquet staff in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid Food Handlers Card, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. This full-time role offers benefits after 60 days of employment and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months’ related experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly; follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Scrape, wash and rinse dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other containers; use dishwashing machine as needed.
• Return all dishes and equipment to storage areas.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean worktables, walls and refrigerators.
• Sort bottles and dispose of disposables; manage waste containers.
