Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, cookware, and glassware.
• Ensures sanitation of kitchen daily.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and in uniform for each scheduled shift.
• Eliminates safety hazards and reports all injuries and accidents.
• Cleans all glassware, dishes, and table utensils using proper procedures.
• Controls breakage of dishes and glassware.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen.
