Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep at Bradford Square Retirement Community in Naples, FL. You will help prepare, stock, and maintain a fresh salad bar and support residents with friendly service while keeping dishes clean and safe.

Responsibilities include operating dish machine, maintaining dish room, assisting in dining room, and safely using kitchen equipment. No prior culinary experience is required and food handler permits can be obtained within two

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work Friday & Saturday from 7:00am to 2:30pm and Sunday & Monday from 11:00am-7:30pm.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No previous culinary experience is required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within first two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine by loading, running, unloading, and reporting any mechanical issues; monitor/log water temperatures for sanitization.
• Wash, store, and handle all tableware and kitchenware; maintain a clean, organized dish room and ensure adequate supplies for dining room and kitchen.
• Clean food prep and production areas; assist in dining room by bussing tables, filling water carafes, preparing tables before meals, and delivering room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills, and kitchen tools, including sharp utensils and small appliances to support daily food preparation.
• Listen and respond politely to food comments or complaints and report concerns to leadership immediately.
• Perform support work and any additional tasks, including trash removal.
