Job summary

Oakmont of San Jose is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized promptly. This position is crucial to maintain the kitchen's hygiene and support meal services.

The successful candidate will work from 6am-2pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and earn between $18.50 and $19.50 per hour. Prior experience in a kitchen is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience working in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport all dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation.
• Assist with breaking down the kitchen for clean-up.
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints in a caring manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
