Honest Hospitality is seeking a Steward / Dishwasher to support Las Vegas’ premier sports nutrition program at 44 Grand. You will keep all kitchen items clean and sanitized, operate dishwashing machinery safely, and maintain organized dishwashing areas to ensure high standards of health and service.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of cleaning and organizing kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and cookware.
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for stewarding.
• Report sanitation concerns to leadership promptly.
