Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas seeks a reliable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of glassware, tableware, utensils, pots and pans, using dish machines or manual methods as required, and to keep the dish area clean, organized and fully stocked for service.

You will follow safety and sanitation standards, communicate professionally with teammates and front-of-house staff, and support colleagues during busy periods while standing for long shifts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food safety certification may be required before serving food or alcohol in some states.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized dish room and work area.
• Clean dishes and operate a dish machine.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Empty trash bins.
