Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly dishwasher in Las Vegas, NV to maintain cleanliness of dishware and kitchen areas. You will wash, sanitize, and manage smallwares, while supporting kitchen operations and maintaining a sanitary, efficient work environment.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and adherence to food and beverage regulations. Join a global hospitality team delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Required Clark County Health Card.
• A gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests.
• Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends
• Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Wash and sanitize used smallwares from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and inform to order when necessary
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Remove garbage regularly
