Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or dishes role is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes using a commercial dishwasher
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils
• Load and unload dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Support opening/closing tasks and station setup/breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
