Job summary

STK Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness, support the BOH, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining organized stations, operating dishwashers, handling waste, and assisting with basic prep as needed. Must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and consistently.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces.
• Operates dishwashing machines and ensures proper chemicals are stocked.
• Assists with trash and recycling removal following proper waste disposal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen floors, drains, and workstations clean and free of hazards.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are stored and ready for use.
• Work collaboratively with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism and enthusiasm.
