Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to learn about chemicals used in the building and how to use them properly.
• Able to work in warm to very warm kitchen temperatures.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Move clean dishes and utensils to storage areas; unload/load deliveries.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
