P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dishwashers in Kansas for immediate start.

The role supports a clean, sanitized dish area and restaurant operations, with pay ranging from 16.00 to 19.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement are offered. Responsibilities include operating an industrial dishwasher, cleaning and sanitizing wares, and assisting kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about all chemicals used in the building and how to use them properly.
• Ability to work around varying kitchen temperatures and in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff during peak times.
