Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen spotless and supplies stocked, ensuring a smooth service and memorable meals. You’ll work in a team-focused environment with emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and reliability.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed. In addition to basic dishwashing, you may assist with light prep, receiving deliveries, and keeping dish machines

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed.
