Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep the kitchen spotless and support a smooth dining service. You will assist with restocking supplies, breaking down boxes, and maintaining a clean, safe work area behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area.
• Follow daily routines and cleaning checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
• Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition.
