Job summary

Selkirk Pizza & Tap House is seeking part-time dishwashers to support a fast-paced kitchen in Spokane. The role involves cleaning dishes, organizing cookware, and maintaining sanitation while following all safety policies.

Weekend availability is preferred and WSFWC certification is advantageous. Pay ranges from $17.13 to $17.50 per hour with weekly tips, and employees can enjoy benefits such as shift meals and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC) is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of dishwashing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• On time and attend all meetings.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, trays, cooking and eating utensils.
• Organize and restock cookware and dishware.
• Clean and sanitize dish station equipment and floors.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe working environment to reduce risk of incident or injury.

Selkirk Pizza & Tap House is currently hiring for part time dishwasher positions.

Selkirk Pizza & Tap House is a locally owned and operated Spokane restaurant specializing in delicious pizza.

Selkirk Pizza & Tap House is proud of our Northwest heritage and strives to offer local flavors and ambience that is unique to the Inland Northwest. We use fresh, locally grown produce and we hand-craft our dough daily. We strive to serve the best tasting and high quality pizza possible.

Wage

• Pay range for position: $17.13 to $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities/Duties

• Follow all policies and procedures
• On time and attend all meetings
• Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, trays, cooking and eating utensils
• Organize and restock cookware and dishware
• Clean and sanitize dish station equipment and floors
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
• Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed
• Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues

Skills/Experience

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)
• One (1) year previous dishwashing experience in a professional and fast paced environment preferred
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
