Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a hardworking and positive individual to join the team as a part-time dishwasher in Sugar Hill, GA during events.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, standing long hours, and a willingness to work weekends and evenings to support peak service times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
• Physical: able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours.
• Submit to a background check, must be 18+, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Working as a Dishwasher during events.
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher. Hand wash items as necessary.
• Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors.
• Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas.
• Exhibiting a teamwork atmosphere.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Part-Time: Weekends and Evenings when events take place
  • Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, late nights
• Hourly: $16-$19 per hour
• 401k with 4% Match
