Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support events, ensuring clean, safe, and appropriately stocked dining ware for each occasion.

You will load/unload dishwashers, hand wash items as needed, and sanitize the kitchen area while upholding HACCP standards. The role requires weekend/evening availability, a 1-year background in a similar role, and a Texas Food Handler license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Texas Food Handlers license required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Wash and load/unload the dishwasher and hand wash items as needed.
• Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware.
• Ensure sufficient cleaned dishes during peak service times.
• Sanitize the kitchen area and maintain HACCP compliance.
• Support a teamwork-focused environment and flexible scheduling.
