Job summary

Walters Hospitality is hiring a part-time dishwasher to support events. The role involves loading and unloading the dishwasher, hand washing when needed, and storing clean wares for quick service.

Candidates should have at least one year in a similar role, hold a Texas Food Handler license, and be able to work weekends and evenings. A background check, 18+ age, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a dishwasher during events.
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load/unload the dishwasher.
• Hand wash items as necessary and store cleaned items properly.
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes during peak times.
• Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP in kitchen areas and maintain a teamwork atmosphere.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work nights/weekends in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
