Job Description

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and supplies. They are also responsible for janitorial duties in dining service areas including the Dining Room, Bistro, and other associated areas. The role involves handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, and complying with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
