Our kitchens depend on dedicated teams to keep operations running smoothly. As a dishwasher, you will help ensure the kitchen staff has clean dishes and supplies needed to prepare our unique culinary offerings. What will I do?

1. Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads, and performing other kitchen duties, including some food prep work.
2. Assist with receiving products, stock rotation, and maintaining general kitchen organization and cleanliness.
3. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure effective and safe work practices.

Work Environment & Requirements

The physical demands of this role are classified as light to medium. Work includes repetitive hand and arm movements, standing and walking for long periods, pivoting, trunk twisting, reaching, and lifting above shoulder height. The typical weight of items lifted ranges from 1 to 10 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 25 pounds. The environment is indoors, with exposure to wet, humid conditions near hot equipment exceeding 135 degrees. Basic tools and equipment include dishwashers, pots, pans, utensils, sinks, scrapers, rolling racks, and carts. Candidates should have dishwashing experience and customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery, or retail settings. Exposure to allergens and repetitive movements are considerations in this role.
