Qualifications

• Has a valid food handler's permit.
• Holds a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to maintain a clean and safe kitchen through sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and stocking.
• Desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, sanitize and stock dishes and utensils.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas.

Kitchen experience is a plus and you must:

• Have a valid food handler's permit
• Possess a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
• Be willing to help maintain a safe and clean kitchen by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing and stocking dishes and utensils, and correctly operating kitchen equipment
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• Be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with all guests and team members
