Job summary

Toca Madera Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our busy, high-energy kitchen. You will wash and sanitize dishware, keep the dish pit clean, and collaborate with Sous Chefs and line cooks to ensure timely service. The role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 35 lbs, and availability nights and weekends; E-Verify is used for eligibility.

This position offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

The Dishwasher is responsible for the washing and sanitation of all flatware, glassware, and china being brought back to the dish pit, for maintaining the dishwashing area to meet department of health standards, removing trash, and keeping all exterior trash areas clean. This person will be working closely with the Sous Chefs, kitchen manager and line cooks and all front of house employees to ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service.
