THE RANCH Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, CA is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our fine dining team. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all dishware and kitchen equipment, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the dishwasher and report issues to management.
• Waste Management: Properly dispose of food waste and recyclables according to guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Adherence to Standards: Comply with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Dishwasher

THE RANCH is a high-end, fine dining establishment renowned for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our passionate team.

Responsibilities

Dishwashing: Efficiently clean and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware, using proper cleaning agents and techniques by machine and hand when necessary.

Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the dishwashing area, floors, and equipment.

Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain dishwashing equipment, such as the dishwasher, to ensure optimal performance, and report any and all issues to management.

Waste Management: Properly dispose of food waste and recyclable materials according to restaurant guidelines.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Adherence to Standards: Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications
